Hope lesson at St. Paraskevi Churchill Greenlawn on confession

Father Dimitri did a wonderful lesson on confessing , then he did a group confession for the hope children.



Beets dish stems and leaves too

Since we are fasting for lent, a friend of mine told me to keep the stems and leaves and boil it down while using some kosher salt and lemon. Yummy! Apparently there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in the stems and leaves. It I'd quite filling as well.

Little chick Easter Arts and craft Project

Adorable project! First we sang To Pazari and then we painted the wooden spoon yellow. Next we glued googly eyes , a foam orange triangular nose, and feathers on the handle.

Lenten sautéed portobello mushrooms and onions for Greek Orthodox Lenten side

I'm hungry it's 8:30. What to eat??? Sautéed some portobello sliced mushrooms with canola spray and onions with chopped garlic. Hm hm good! Put a little salt and pepper to taste!
